Creator workflow guide · 3 agents live

A practical weekly content workflow for creators, coaches, and consultants

Use a relevant trend opportunity to shape a weekly plan, then turn that plan into copy you can review and edit. Autopilot currently supports this focused workflow through Trend Hunter, Strategy Agent, and Copywriter.

The example below is a workflow illustration, not a promise of audience growth, engagement, leads, or revenue. Agents 4–10 are roadmap-only and are not currently live.

From opportunity to editable draft

Three focused steps for the week

  1. 01

    Agent 1 · Trend Hunter

Find a topic your audience cares about

Start with the trend opportunities Trend Hunter surfaces, then choose one that fits your expertise and the people you serve. A topic is useful to your brand only when you can add a grounded point of view—not just repeat a popular headline.

Would my audience ask about this? Can I offer a useful answer from experience? Does it connect naturally to the work I want to be known for?

For example, a career coach might explore a timely conversation about asking for a raise, then narrow it to the questions their own clients bring to sessions. This is an illustrative angle, not a claim about a current trend.

  2. 02

    Agent 2 · Strategy Agent

Turn that opportunity into a weekly plan

Select the opportunity you want to pursue and let Strategy Agent shape it into a weekly content plan. Review the proposed calendar against your actual availability, audience, offer, and channel priorities before you commit to it.

Keep the week coherent: choose one central audience problem, decide what useful perspective you can contribute, and make sure every planned piece has a clear purpose.

A coach could build a week around one client question: explain the problem, share a practical framework, and invite readers to reflect on their own situation. Treat the plan as a starting point you can adjust—not a posting obligation.

  3. 03

    Agent 3 · Copywriter

Draft the copy, then make it yours

Copywriter drafts ready-to-edit copy using your brand inputs and the selected plan. Read each draft aloud, replace generic phrasing with your own examples, check every factual statement, and make the call to action sound like something you would genuinely say.

Before using a draft, check: Is it accurate? Does it sound like me? Is the takeaway useful on its own? Is the next step clear and low-pressure?

You stay in the loop from draft through final edit. Publishing and distribution are not automated by the live workflow, so plan to review and post through your own channels.
